- For tours after 12:00 PM, please remember to bring a hat and extra water due to the afternoon heat, especially as parts of the tour are outdoors.

- Booking this tour will initiate an enquiry for availability
- We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours
Refund and cancellation policy:
- A cancellation up to 24 hours prior to departure of the tour entitles the guest to a 100% refund.
- Less than 24 hours prior to departure, the guest receives no refund unless due to illness accompanied by a valid doctor's statement.
- In case of illness, only the person who is ill will receive a 100% refund. Other participants within the same booking that cancel the tour will not receive a refund unless otherwise decided by the supplier depending on the circumstances.
- No-shows, or if you miss the tour because you are too late, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity will be charged the full price.
- In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances the tour will be rescheduled, if rescheduling is not possible or the new time is inconvenient for you, a full refund will be issued.

Fun pretty quick tour
Fascinating tour with very informative and fun guide. Get to sample some aloe drink supplements and skin products at the end. Learn about the plantation, plant, and process to make the gel products. Not much walking so easy for less mobile folks.

Interesting tour
Interesting tour during harvesting (once a month). Guided through the factory, but haven’t seen production in progress. Nice information about the Aloë Vera plant and its benefits. From earlier visit of Aloë plantation (Islas Canarias) we are fan of the plant; From the use as after shave to a soothing balm after a sun bath. Worth a visit.

Nice business with care for nature and well being
It was a very pleasant experience, the shop lady was a bit quiet untill we said we are going to take the tour. She was open. What is ofcourse obvious. Because why take a tour If the shoplady tells you all.
The tour lady "D" was very friendly and fun. The group had a good laugh. She explained everything and was willing to awnser everything.
And we bought the aloe gel. What works 10 times better than any aftersun.
Today we go back for more gel so we can enjoy our vacation more. You see your red skin disappears faster and feels not so burned anymore. I truly believe in there products

Certainly not a tourist trap. Learn all about this fascinating plant and this factory
Faraday was an excellent host, explaining all about the Aloe Vera plant, how it grows, and how it is harvested. Live demo of how the core gel is extracted. But also the social environment provided for the workers, the recycling efforts as well as how the products were made were explained. Impressive, and not overly commercialized. A must do!

Highly Recommend
I loved this place. The farm is beautiful and peaceful. The staff was so sweet. The aloe gel worked wonders on my severe sunburn. Try the banana bread!!
