You’ll be welcomed in the stylish and spacious air-conditioned kitchen with coffee and sweets, after which chef Helmi will give an extensive demo about Caribbean ingredients and typical island recipes. Then it’s time to cook! Under her expert guidance, you will prepare Caribbean dishes in this cooking class like jerk chicken, ceviche, homemade tortillas, funchi fries and sweet potato salad. Chef Helmi’s hands-on teaching style makes it easy for everyone to grasp the techniques and appreciate the nuances of Caribbean flavors. The morning ends with a feast of Caribbean delights to be shared at the communal table together with the other participants. Refund and cancellation policy:
- A cancellation up to 24 hours prior to departure of the tour entitles the guest to a 100% refund.
- Less than 24 hours prior to departure, the guest receives no refund unless due to illness accompanied by a valid doctor's statement.
- In case of illness, only the person who is ill will receive a 100% refund. Other participants within the same booking that cancel the tour will not receive a refund unless otherwise decided by the supplier depending on the circumstances.
- No-shows, or if you miss the tour because you are too late, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity will be charged the full price.
- In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances the tour will be rescheduled, if rescheduling is not possible or the new time is inconvenient for you, a full refund will be issued.
