Great way to experience nature
We did this tour first thing in the morning and it was so peaceful. Our guide was very informative and obviously loved the park. We could see straight through the water and it was refreshing to spend time in nature while in the city. Our guide was also able to provide amazing food/ other activity recommendations. We were able to kayak and walk through the park.
Our only complaint was the park was difficult to find initially. The meeting address initially provided in the confirmation was in the opposite direction. The park is walkable from the cruise port.

You can skip this.
heavily overpriced. yes it is a nice park, but very small. in my opinion half the price would be more appropriate. There are some local bird species to see but there are better places on the island if you go for birding.

Excellent tour at Curaçao Rif Mangrove Park
We had an amazing visit at the Curaçao Rif Mangrove Park. This stop shouldn’t be missed if you are interested in nature, ecosystems and conservation.
We took a guided walking tour ~2 hours with Park Ranger Christina and learned so much about mangroves, local history, current conservations efforts and local wildlife. Would certainly recommend taking the tour as we were able to fully appreciate and learn about what the park has to offer.
Located walking distance from the Rif Fort, it was convenient! Would recommend bringing water, hat, sunglasses etc

A Waste of Time and Money
Four of us visited this “park” and were extremely disappointed. We thought that it would be located in a secluded area of the island but instead it is within city limits, you can watch traffic go by and view visiting cruise ships as you stand on the boardwalk.
The water within the park is so murky and polluted that you can barely see anything. (We were fortunate to catch sight of a tiny jellyfish.) At one point we had to walk around a pile of feces in the middle of the boardwalk. In total we saw 1 jellyfish, 1 parrot and what may have been a barracuda but with the darkness of the water we couldn’t be sure.
There are plenty of sites to see on the beautiful island, save your money or spend it elsewhere.
