• *IMPORTANT NOTE*: For all activities we ask for USD 250 security deposit. We can take care of that at the office before your tour in cash, or as a “hold” on your credit card (if you credit card company supports it; local banks unfortunately don’t support this)

• Bag of ice Small or Large, a variety of soft drinks, beers, bottle of wines, hart seltzers, water cava prosecco and juice to mix your mimosas!

• A cancellation up to 24 hours prior to departure of the tour entitles the guest to a 100% refund.
• Less than 24 hours prior to departure, the guest receives no refund unless due to illness accompanied by a valid doctor's statement.
• In case of illness, only the person who is ill will receive a 100% refund. Other participants within the same booking that cancel the tour will not receive a refund unless otherwise decided by the supplier depending on the circumstances.
• No-shows, or if you miss the tour because you are too late, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity will be charged the full price.
• In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances the tour will be rescheduled, if rescheduling is not possible or the new time is inconvenient for you, a full refund will be issued.
