Founded in 2016, Mosa officially introduced the shared dining concept to Curacao. The owner named the restaurant after his grandmother (Mosa), who was known for her love of cooking for the whole family.In 2018, it was joined by Caña, a cocktail bar and kitchen where flavorful small dishes are perfectly paired with creative cocktails. Since 2021, the two have merged to form Mosa/Caña Bar & Kitchen, a unique place where gastronomy and mixology reinforce each other.
This restaurant and cocktail bar is located in one of Curacao's characteristic monumental buildings. The inviting terrace, surrounded by lush plants and impressive murals, immediately grabs your attention. The atmosphere is lively and the kitchen and bar combine to create a playful blend of flavors, quality and flair.
Mosa/Caña feels like one big creative playground. The menus change regularly, allowing chef Maxime (owner) and Wesley (owner) and their teams to constantly try new flavors and inspiration.
